• Do you work in Suncadia and Cle Elum?

  Yes. We're based in Mill Creek and work in Suncadia, Tumble Creek, Cle Elum and Roslyn, as well as along I-90 in North Bend and Snoqualmie. We're available Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, and meetings are by appointment.

• What happens at the free consultation?

  It's one visit. We look at your home, ask how you want to use it, and talk through ideas, with no obligation. If you'd like to go further, design is the next step. That's a paid phase where we write the scope, the equipment list and a proposal for you to review.

• Can we check on our second home when we're not there?

  Yes. We set up the cameras, door locks, alarm and thermostat so you can see and change them from your phone, with the camera video recorded in the home. You can warm the house up before you leave the city, and you'll get an alert if a door opens or the alarm goes off.

• Can you set up good Wi-Fi if the internet up here is limited?

  Yes. We work with the internet service you have, whether that's cable, fiber or Starlink, and design the network around it so the signal reaches every room, the deck and the yard. Your internet provider supplies and bills the service; we make sure the whole home gets it.
