Both projects were challenging as we have very limited attic area which makes wiring very difficult and the porcelain coated wall makes drilling very tricky. Do you work in Newcastle?

What happens at the free consultation?
It's one visit. We look at your home, ask how you want to use it, and talk through ideas, with no obligation. If you'd like to go further, design is the next step. That's a paid phase where we write the scope, the equipment list and a proposal for you to review.
Can one touchscreen run the whole house?
Yes. We set up a wall touchscreen, with the same controls on your phone, for the lights, music, TV, shades, thermostat and alarm. We group what you use most into simple scenes, like "Good morning" or "Movie time", and show everyone in the house how it works.
Can you work on a system someone else installed?
Yes. We fix, update and simplify systems we didn't install, from a remote that controls nothing to Wi-Fi that keeps dropping. We start by finding out what you have and what's wrong, then give you clear options.
