• Do you work in the San Juan Islands?

  Yes. We're based in Mill Creek on the mainland, and we travel to the San Juan Islands for projects, including work on Orcas Island. We're available Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, and meetings are by appointment.

• What happens at the free consultation?

  It's one visit. We look at your home, ask how you want to use it, and talk through ideas, with no obligation. For island homes, we schedule the consultation by arrangement. If you'd like to go further, design is the next step. That's a paid phase where we write the scope, the equipment list and a proposal for you to review.

• Can you get our island home online?

  Yes. Where cable or fiber doesn't reach, we install and set up Starlink satellite internet. Then we build a solid network inside the house around it, so the Wi-Fi reaches every room, the deck and the dock.

• Can we keep an eye on the house when we're not there?

  Yes. Cameras, an alarm with professional monitoring, and leak sensors let you check on the house from your phone and get alerts if something's wrong, without having to make the trip.
