Do you work in Everett?
Yes. We're based next door in Mill Creek and work all over Everett, as well as nearby Mukilteo, Lake Stevens, Snohomish and Marysville. We're available Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, and meetings are by appointment.
What happens at the free consultation?
It's one visit. We look at your home, ask how you want to use it, and talk through ideas, with no obligation. If you'd like to go further, design is the next step. That's a paid phase where we write the scope, the equipment list and a proposal for you to review.
Can you mount our TV and hide the wires?
Yes. We mount the TV at the right height for the room and run the cables inside the wall, so nothing hangs below the screen. If the spot needs a new power outlet, your electrician adds it, and we'll coordinate with them. We can add sound at the same time.
Can you work on a system someone else installed?
Yes. We fix, update and simplify systems we didn't install, from a remote that controls nothing to Wi-Fi that keeps dropping. We start by finding out what you have and what's wrong, then give you clear options.
