It's one visit. We look at your home, ask how you want to use it, and talk through ideas, with no obligation. If you'd like to go further, design is the next step. That's a paid phase where we write the scope, the equipment list and a proposal for you to review.
Can you build a media wall with the TV and speakers built in?
Yes. We plan the wall with you, mount the TV, set the speakers into the wall and run the wiring out of sight, so the equipment lives in a cabinet or a closet instead of on the floor. If you're working with a builder or remodeler, we coordinate with them so the wiring goes in at the right stage. If the spot needs a new power outlet, your electrician adds it.
Can you work on a system someone else installed?
Yes. We fix, update and simplify systems we didn't install, from a remote that controls nothing to Wi-Fi that keeps dropping. We start by finding out what you have and what's wrong, then give you clear options.
