Do you work in Redmond?
Yes. We're based in Mill Creek and work all over Redmond, as well as nearby Kirkland, Sammamish, Woodinville and Bellevue. We're available Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, and meetings are by appointment.
What happens at the free consultation?
It's one visit. We look at your home, ask how you want to use it, and talk through ideas, with no obligation. If you'd like to go further, design is the next step. That's a paid phase where we write the scope, the equipment list and a proposal for you to review.
Can you turn our bonus room or basement into a home theater?
Often, yes. We look at the room's size, the windows and where the screen and seats will go. Then we design the screen, the sound and the lighting together, so movie night feels like the real thing. A darker room with fewer windows makes the biggest difference, and we'll tell you honestly what your room can do.
Can you add a keypad or video intercom at our gate?
Yes. We install gate keypads and video call boxes, so you can see and talk to visitors and open the gate from your phone. We can also add a camera to watch the driveway. If the gate needs a new opener or power, we'll coordinate with your gate company or electrician.
