Do you work in Sammamish?
Yes. We're based in Mill Creek and work all over Sammamish, from the plateau neighborhoods to homes along Lake Sammamish, as well as nearby Issaquah, Redmond and Bellevue. We're available Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, and meetings are by appointment.
What happens at the free consultation?
It's one visit. We look at your home, ask how you want to use it, and talk through ideas, with no obligation. If you'd like to go further, design is the next step. That's a paid phase where we write the scope, the equipment list and a proposal for you to review.
Can you mount a TV above our fireplace and hide the wires?
Usually, yes. We check the wall, the heat from the fireplace and the viewing angle first, then hide the cables in the wall or the cabinetry so nothing hangs down. If the spot needs a new power outlet, your electrician adds it, and we'll coordinate with them.
Our Wi-Fi doesn't reach the whole house. Can you fix that?
Yes. Bigger homes often have dead spots in the far bedrooms, the basement or the backyard. We find where the signal drops, then install a wired network with access points placed for full coverage, so every room and device stays connected.
