Do you work in Bellevue?
Yes. We're based in Mill Creek and work across the Eastside, including Bellevue, Medina, Clyde Hill, Mercer Island, Kirkland and Redmond. We're available Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, and meetings are by appointment.
What happens at the free consultation?
It's one visit. We look at your home, ask how you want to use it, and talk through ideas, with no obligation. If you'd like to go further, design is the next step. That's a paid phase where we write the scope, the equipment list and a proposal for you to review.
We're building or remodeling. When should we call you?
As early as you can. We work alongside builders, architects and designers, and the easiest time to run wire is before the drywall goes up. On new construction, the work is often done in phases, and the billing follows each phase.
Can you work on a system someone else installed?
Yes. We regularly take over existing systems, whether that's a theater, speakers, Wi-Fi, cameras or an alarm. We'll tell you what's worth keeping and what's worth replacing.
