Do you work on Mercer Island?
Yes. We're based in Mill Creek and work all over Mercer Island, as well as nearby Bellevue, Medina, Clyde Hill and Seattle. We're available Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, and meetings are by appointment.
What happens at the free consultation?
It's one visit. We look at your home, ask how you want to use it, and talk through ideas, with no obligation. If you'd like to go further, design is the next step. That's a paid phase where we write the scope, the equipment list and a proposal for you to review.
We're building or remodeling. When should we call you?
As early as you can, ideally while the plans are still being drawn. That's when it's easiest to plan wiring, speaker spots, shade pockets and a screen wall. We work alongside your builder and designer. Builders we've worked with include Tenhulzen, JC Enterprises, Bakstad and Berg.
Can one system run the whole house?
Yes. Theater, music, shades, lighting scenes, cameras and the gate can all work from one app, one keypad or a touchscreen on the wall. We design it so the everyday things take one touch, and so guests and family can use it without a manual.
